Our agents have been tested and rated to meet our high standards of qualifications.

Our staff has experience in facilitating with the disposition of assets for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) during the failed Savings and Loan Crisis.  Now more than ever, our experience in the industry will be needed to assist our clients with our experience and dedication in expediting the marketing of REO properties.

REO SERVICES 

We provide thousands of BPOs annually to our clients who need a valuation in short time frames to meet ongoing timelines in these volatile and changing markets. Communication is a key element - personal contact with our BPO coordinators, quick turn-around times, review of all documents, and weekly updates on property status.

We assist in finding our client that right agent to market and sell their properties after providing a complete valuation: Inclusive of MLS comparables, comprehensive photos (inside and out), repair quotes, damage reports, and updated Broker Price Opinions (BPOS) as needed.

We are not a full outsourcing company, as we assist and facilitate our clients with their in-house REO departments from day of foreclosure assignment through marketing of the property.  Our client remains in control of their properties at all times.  Our clients will have complete discretion in use of our broker/agent database and will not be associated with any one brokerage or franchised real estate company, as we feel this provides the best qualified and competent agents available with REO experience.
